NAVIN SURI has spent his career moving between two worlds: the institutions that shape finance and the entrepreneurs who try to reshape it.
After more than two decades in financial services, including senior Asia-Pacific leadership roles at Citi, ING and BNY Mellon, he left corporate life to build Percipient, a Singapore banking-technology company. Its digital-twin platform was acquired by Accenture in 2025.
Navin created The Founders Peak in 2022, a global stage where hundreds of entrepreneurs from more than 40 countries have shared the deeply personal moments that shaped them as founders. Those conversations became the inspiration and source material for STUBBORN. He deeply believes that hard-earned founder wisdom should not have to be learned alone and only by doing.
He serves as Senior Advisor to the Global Finance & Technology Network (GFTN), was named to EY's prestigious global top 30 Accelerating Entrepreneurs 2018 cohort and served for more than a decade on the board of Nomura Asset Management Taiwan.

COEN JONKER is the CEO and founder of the GoTyme, previously called Tyme Group, a Singapore-headquartered multi-country digital banking group that has amassed 25 million customers in its two regulated banks, GoTyme Bank South Africa (launched in 2019) and GoTyme Bank Philippines (launched in 2022). Passionate about unlocking human potential through broadening economic participation and financial access, Coen has dedicated his career to transformation in the retail banking industry. Coen holds an MBA from the Gordon Institute of Business Science and two law degrees with honours.
MICHAEL STEMMLE is a Swiss entrepreneur, investor, and innovator whose work spans publishing, financial technology, insurance, and functional sportswear. He is best known as the founder of additiv, which he built into a global fintech company providing technology to banks and insurers.
