Terms of the draw

1. The draw

The I AM STUBBORN “Share to win” draw (the “Draw”) is run by GFTN Services Pte. Ltd. (“GFTN”, “we” or “us”). It is separate from, and does not change, GFTN’s Privacy Policy or the campaign’s privacy notice. By entering you accept these terms.

2. The prizes

There are twelve prizes: one Delegate Pass to the Singapore FinTech Festival 2026 (each a “Prize”), three in each of the four weekly draws below. Each Prize has a retail value of SGD 1,500, the price listed on the festival’s website. The Prize gives entry to the festival, held in Singapore on 18 to 20 November 2026. It does not include travel, accommodation, visas, insurance, meals outside the festival, or anything else not named here, and it is subject to the festival’s own registration terms. It cannot be exchanged for cash or another prize, and it cannot be transferred to someone else.

3. Who can enter

  • You must be 18 or over and currently employed. You confirm both when you enter. We may ask you to confirm them again if you win.
  • You must be in a place where taking part in a free prize draw is lawful.
  • People who work for or on behalf of GFTN, and members of their households, cannot enter.
  • One entry per social media account per weekly draw. You can enter once on each of LinkedIn, Instagram and X in the same week, each time with a different post of your own, so up to three entries a week. A post can be entered only once. Using more than one account on the same platform to enter is not allowed and leads to disqualification.

4. How to enter

  • Make your poster on this website.
  • Post it publicly on LinkedIn, Instagram or X with #IAMSTUBBORN and tag GFTN and the Singapore FinTech Festival, using the accounts below for the platform you post on. The post must be public and must stay public until the winner of that draw has been confirmed.
  • Accounts to tag: on LinkedIn, the pages “Global Finance & Technology Network (GFTN)” and “Singapore FinTech Festival” (type @ and choose the page from the list); on Instagram, @sgfintechfest; on X, @gftn_official and @sgfintechfest.
  • On the Share to win page (or the screen where you make your poster), paste the link to each post you made (up to one on each platform) and give your handle for each, then accept these terms. Each post is one entry.
  • Nothing needs to be bought. Entering is free.
  • Your post must follow the rules of the platform it is on and our content rules (nothing offensive, harmful, misleading or unlawful, and nothing that is not yours to share).

5. The weekly draws

An entry counts towards the draw that is open when it is made. Entries made after one draw’s time count towards the next. There is no draw after the last one.

  • Draw 1: Friday 23 October at 12:00 pm (Singapore time)
  • Draw 2: Friday 30 October at 12:00 pm (Singapore time)
  • Draw 3: Friday 6 November at 12:00 pm (Singapore time)
  • Draw 4: Friday 13 November at 12:00 pm (Singapore time)

6. How winners are chosen

At each draw, GFTN picks three winners at random, one after another, from the valid entries of that week, using a secure random selection. Each person can win only one Prize, so nobody can win twice in the same draw or in a later one: a person who has already won cannot win another, through any account. To apply this, accounts entered from the same browser are treated as belonging to the same person, and when someone is picked, their other accounts are left out of the draws that follow. Before a Prize is awarded, a member of our team checks that the post is public, shows the poster, was made in the right week, and is from the handle given. If an entry is not valid or not genuine, it is disqualified and another winner is picked. GFTN’s decisions on the Draw are final.

7. Telling the winners, and claiming the Prize

Winners are named by their social media handle on GFTN’s channels and on the Share to win page. We do not collect your name or email address when you enter, so winners must get in touch with us: email marketing@gftn.com, or send a direct message to GFTN from the account that made the winning post, within 5 days of being named. You may be asked to show that you are the owner of the account and that you are eligible. If we do not hear from a winner in time, or they cannot show this, the Prize is forfeited and another winner is picked.

8. Your data

We collect the link to your post, your handle, the time of your entry, and a random browser ID and a scrambled version of your IP address that we use only to spot misuse. We use them to run the Draw, check entries, and name winners. We keep them until 60 days after the last draw, then delete them. Naming a winner by handle is part of the Draw. Your entry does not depend on, and is not affected by, the optional boxes about the gallery or social media when you make a poster. See the privacy notice for the full details and your rights.

9. The social media platforms

The Draw is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with LinkedIn, Instagram, Meta or X. You provide your information to GFTN, not to them.

10. Changes, cancellation and responsibility

We may change these terms, or stop or cancel the Draw, if something outside our control means it cannot run fairly or lawfully. We will say so on this website. To the extent the law allows, GFTN is not responsible for entries that are late, lost or not received, for problems with the platforms, or for anything that is not part of the Prize. Nothing here limits anything the law does not allow us to limit.

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
